Hospice & Palliative Care
As more individuals are selecting to receive hospice care at home, it is important that they and their loved ones have access to compassionate and supportive non-medical in-home care, and companionship and home aide services.
Our approach centers on your loved one- his or her comfort, well-being, and physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. We help you and your loved one cope with terminal illness with comfort, and with peace and dignity.
We provide personalized care that may include:
- Offering companionship
- Providing spiritual comfort
- Helping with personal care such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation and laundry
- Arranging for medical equipment and nutritional guidance
- Providing respite care
Sheraton Caregivers have non-medical certification in Palliative Care. Our focus is to deliver comfort care and compassion that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of each client with the overall goal to impact their quality of life.
For those facing a serious illness or condition and actively pursuing curative treatment, then our Palliative Care will help you regain strength through physical, emotional, and spiritual care in your own home, as needed. Our Palliative Care program also addresses the needs of your family members. Palliative Care services offer:
- Emotional and spiritual support
